10 Lacrosse, Girls’ continued “Girls’ Lacrosse Summer League” This is open to all returning high school players. There will be one two-hour practice/week and one game/week against other high school teams. Transportation to games is not provided, but we will assist in coordinating car pools. Soccer, Girls’ “ETHS Girls Soccer: High School” Receive advanced and specific training in technical and tactical elements to get your game to the next level. This camp will teach individual techniques, skills and tactics through creative and motivating drills designed to increase a player’s passion for the game. Participants will be trained by ETHS coaches and also professional players as guest coaches. This camp will not conflict with the summer league on Wednesday nights from June 12-July 8. We will work on all aspects of the game of softball, including fielding, hitting, bunting, pitching, and slapping. Each camp will conclude with a competition and the opportunity to win prizes. Wildkit softball players will help to teach the next generation of Kits about the fundamentals and mental aspect of the softball, while showing them what it means to have fun and compete as a Wildkit. 11 Table Tennis, Co-Ed “Wildkit Table Tennis Academy” This camp is taught by Kiril Mirintchev, coach of ETHS’s 2011 ITTI and 2012 ITTI State Champion Table Tennis Teams. This camp will take your table tennis skills to a new level. It will focus on developing a competitive style of play by teaching a variety of strokes and services, correct body moves, speed and precision. Advanced training methods will be used (playing against a robot, shooting balls, etc.) Special attention will be paid to game strategy and tactics by involving all players in internal competitive tournaments, potentially against other clubs. This camp is open to anyone with a passion for the sport of table tennis. Beginners are also welcome.
