Volleyball, Girls’ continued
“Varsity Summer League”
Open to Juniors and Seniors (underclassmen by invite only); Tuesdays in July at the Great Lakes
Center in Aurora - visit www.greatlakescenter.com for your medical waiver; Bus leaves ETHS
at 3pm and returns around 10:00 pm. Maximum of 14 players on bus. Contact Coach Mac
(macphersonp@eths.k12.il.us) if you are interested in participating in league. League participants
will be selected according to position giving returning varsity players priority. The fee is $20 per
player that includes all 4 competition days, league fee and transportation.
Wrestling
“Youth Wrestling Camp”
No prior experience is necessary. This 3-week camp incorporates fundamental drills. Each day starts
with warm ups and games, leads into skills, competitive games and drills and finishes with strength
and conditioning options. Campers benefit in learning combative skills and principles similar to
any martial art discipline. The camper trains and experiences the martial preparation and strategy
necessary to thrive in any competition.

“Advanced Wrestling Camp”
This camp will review in repetition the basic fundamentals to be a solid wrestler in all three phases
of wrestling – the top, bottom, and neutral positions. We will also look at explosive and match
changing moves to create take down to pin situations, basic throws, introduction to leg riding and
advanced pinning combinations. This camp could include options to compete weekly in a summer
wrestling league.
