5.4.4 Refund of Permit Fees
(A)
The fees that may be refunded shall be a percentage of the fees payable under this By-law
as follows:
I) 80 percent if building administrative functions have been performed;
ii)

iv)
70 percent if building administrative and zoning functions have been performed;
45 percent if building administrative, zoning and plan examination functions have
been performed;
30 percent if the permit has been issued and no field inspections have been performed
subsequent to permit issuance;
v) 5 percent shall additionally be deducted for each field inspection that has been
performed after the permit has been issued and subtracted from 5.4.4(a)(iv) above
(B) Notwithstanding paragraph A above, no refund shall be made of an amount less than $60.00.
(C)
All requests for refunds must be in writing and made within 6 months of date of application.
