Food Storage recipe<br />
Chocolate lava cake<br />
<strong>in</strong>gredients:<br />
• 1 box chocolate cake mix<br />
• 1 1/4 c milk<br />
• 1/2 canola/vegetable oil<br />
• 3 eggs<br />
Mix <strong>the</strong>se <strong>in</strong>gredient’s until well blended, about 2 m<strong>in</strong>utes, set aside<br />
• 1 (3.9 oz) <strong>in</strong>stant chocolate pudd<strong>in</strong>g mix<br />
• 2 c. milk<br />
Mix <strong>the</strong>se <strong>in</strong>gredient’s toge<strong>the</strong>r, about 2 m<strong>in</strong>utes, set aside<br />
• 1-12 oz. bag chocolate chips<br />

preparation:<br />
Prepare cupcake t<strong>in</strong> by spray<strong>in</strong>g well<br />
with cook<strong>in</strong>g spray. Pour cake batter <strong>in</strong>to<br />
t<strong>in</strong>s (1/2 full) Top with pudd<strong>in</strong>g (about<br />
2-3 Tablespoons) Do not mix!! Now top<br />
that with 1+ T. chocolate chips.<br />
Bake at 375 for about 15 m<strong>in</strong>utes.<br />
Carefully scoop out ‘cupcake’, it should<br />
be quite runny <strong>in</strong>side. Serve with vanilla ice cream or cream. YUM!!<br />
This recipe can also be made <strong>in</strong> a crock pot (on low for 2 1/2 hours)<br />
or until top is set!<br />
