The DeLee Society is named for<br />
Joseph Bolivar DeLee (1869-1942)<br />
who is <strong>of</strong>ten called the father <strong>of</strong><br />
modern obstetrical care.<br />
HUGGINS<br />
The Huggins Society is named for Dr.<br />
Charles B. Huggins (1901-1997) who<br />
won the Nobel Prize for <strong>Medicine</strong> in<br />
1966 for his pioneering discoveries<br />
regarding the relationship between<br />
hormones and prostate cancer.<br />

CALENDARS!<br />
On Saturday, September 24 th , you’ll<br />
have the chance to join your fellow<br />
members <strong>of</strong> Coggeshall, Phemister,<br />
DeLee, or Huggins to compete in the<br />
biggest <strong>Pritzker</strong> Society event <strong>of</strong> the<br />
year, FIELD DAY. The pride <strong>of</strong> each<br />
society will be at stake as the four<br />
societies compete against each other<br />
in the various athletic (and not so<br />
athletic) events throughout the<br />
afternoon. As always, the day will end<br />
with an epic tug-<strong>of</strong>-war.
