5. Removal<br />

AAC member shall cease to be a member <strong>of</strong> AC if any <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> following apply:<br />

a. S/he becomes bankrupt or suspends payment <strong>of</strong> compounds with his creditors or makes an<br />

authorized assignment <strong>of</strong> is declared insolvent;<br />

b. If s/he is found to be a mentally incompetent person or becomes <strong>of</strong> unsound mind;<br />

c. Is s/he dies;<br />

d. If s/he is convicted <strong>of</strong> an indictable <strong>of</strong>fence;<br />

e. If s/he resigns;<br />

f. If s/he fails to attend three successive duly called meetings <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> AC without proper<br />

authorization;<br />

g. Upon removal by motion <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Council.<br />

6. Minutes and Meeting Dates<br />

The AC will be provided a minute-taker by <strong>the</strong> Administrator for all AC meetings and will follow<br />

<strong>the</strong> same policy on minutes as Council. The AC will meet on an as-needed basis, as determined<br />

by Council or procedure.<br />

7. Resources<br />

a. Staff will provide support to <strong>the</strong> AC as directed by <strong>the</strong> Administrator.<br />

b. The Administrator will ensure that <strong>the</strong> AC has funds as needed to conduct its work.<br />
