The ultimate tyre for touring cyclists – Handmade in Germany.
Thanks to the distinct centre tread and bionically designed,
siped shoulders, it guarantees outstanding handling on all
types of surfaces. The new, further developed tread mixture is
super-fast and at the same time, durable and skid-resistant.
The foldable version makes it even lighter and easier-tomount.
The fine, cut-resistant nylon carcass, the practically
impenetrable Vectran Breaker and real German handwork all
remain in this updated version.

The CONTACT is the jack-of-all-trades amongst city and
trekking tyres. Its tread design is based upon the principles of
bionics. A uniform center tread/belt assembly ensures a
smooth and speedy ride on the road. Flexible shoulder lugs
and fine sipes guarantee grip in curves and on loose surfaces.
The overall tyre construction rounds off the overall high quality.
The ultra fine carcass fabric reduces the rolling resistance
while providing a noticeably more comfortable ride.
Available in reflective and non-reflective versions.
CONTACT II
The globetrotter.
You can’t develop a tyre for globetrotters on the drawing
board. So that is why all of Tilmann Waldthaler’s experience
has been put to use in the development of the TravelContact.
His requirements were obvious: a robust carcass with a high
carrying capacity and protection against chafing and cuts,
effective puncture resistance and last but not least, a tread
that makes it possible to explore paths around the world
quickly and safely. A foldable version is of course also available
to take along as a spare. The TravelContact is ideal for touring
on all kinds of routes across the world on both sealed and
unsealed roads.
