An energetic cosmopolitan!<br />
<strong>Tyre</strong>s are a safety-relevant component of each bicycle. High<br />
speeds and the additional weight from the battery and drive<br />
of an e-bike of up to 50km/h make a special e-bike tyre<br />
necessary. A high-quality additional rubber reinforced carcass<br />
(3 plies/180 TPI ) forms the solid frame of the E.CONTACT. The<br />
Eco50 puncture protection specially developed for the high<br />
demands on e-bikes, protects the tyre reliably against<br />
punctures and cuts. This means that expensive repairs of<br />
punctures are avoided. The high elasticity of the rubber insert<br />
rolls smoothly and keeps the rolling resistance low. The profile<br />
of the tyre is just as at home on asphalt as on gravel and<br />
forest trails – a good all-around tyre.<br />
Perfect traction for the cold winter months!<br />
We have optimised the Top CONTACT Winter II further,<br />
refining it with a Vectran Breaker anti-puncture belt beneath<br />
the tread, as well as giving it a foldable bead. This optimises<br />
its weight, reducing the rolling resistance thus increasing<br />
speed & handling characteristics. The tread mixture is directly<br />
based on our PKW snow tyres. The tyre operates at its best<br />
at temperatures between –25° and +7° C. Where other<br />
mixtures no longer have any grip, the Top CONTACT Winter II<br />
Premium’s proven compound and tread pattern intermeshes<br />
with snow, cold and wet surfaces very well. Here the tyre is<br />
even more superior to spiked tyres which cannot straighten<br />
up on snow and shovelled streets. The reflective tyres provide<br />
additional safety in the dark winter nights and dusky days.<br />

E.RIDE<br />
Conscious cycling!<br />
The E.RIDE is a reliable companion for extended e-bike rides.<br />
Its reinforced carcass in combination with the Eco puncture<br />
protection form an allround worry-free package. The Eco<br />
Breaker consists of a highly elastic rubber which allows the<br />
tyre to lightly roll off but reliably resists every type of foreign<br />
object. The tread rolls smoothly in a straight line due to a<br />
centre bridge and provides enough reserves on loose gravel<br />
thanks to its outer lugs. A reliable all-around tyre for e-bikes<br />
up to 25 km/h with a focus on puncture protection.<br />
