Directions of Capital Investment Activities for 2014
Định hướng năm 2014:
Theo dõi quản lý chặt chẽ các khoản đầu tư. Cơ cấu lại danh mục
đầu tư nhằm đa dạng hoá các loại hình đầu tư, đảm bảo an toàn,
hiệu quả, đảm bảo khả năng thanh toán thường xuyên và hỗ trợ
cho hoạt động kinh doanh nghiệp vụ BH.
Directions for 2014:
Closely supervise and control of investments. Restructure the
investment list to diversify types od investment, assure safety,
efficiency, frequent payment capability and support for
insurance business operations.
Các giải pháp:
- Thường xuyên theo dõi số dư tài khoản tiền gửi thanh toán
nhằm tận dụng tốt nhất vốn nhàn rỗi đưa vào đầu tư.
Lựa chọn các ngân hàng an toàn và lãi suất cao.
Solutions:
- Frequently keep track of deposit balance to make use of as
much as possible dormant capital for investment. Select safe
banks with high interest rate.
- Tiếp tục quản lý, theo dõi chặt chẽ tình hình họat động của
các đơn vị mà Bảo Minh góp vốn liên doanh, cổ phần, đề xuất
các giải pháp thực hiện việc thoái vốn các khoản đầu tư không
hiệu quả.
- Continue to closely manage, supervise operations of
affiliates to which Bao Minh has contributed capital, shares,
,propose solutions for implementing divestment of ineffective
investments.
- Tiếp tục theo dõi việc giải thể các quỹ BVF1 và VF2; Thu hồi
nợ trái phiếu Vinashin, Sông Đà Thăng Long; ALC2.
- Continue to supervise the dissolution of funds BVF1 and VF2; Collect
bonds receivable from Vinashin, Song Da Thang Long; ALC2.
- Nghiên cứu những cơ hội đầu tư hiệu quả vào cổ phiếu của
các doanh nghiệp tốt.
- Search for opportunities to proceed efficient investments
in shares of well developing businesses.
Dự kiến doanh thu năm 2014: 145 tỷ đồng.
Expected premium income in 2014: 145 VND Billion.
