Duncan Cotterill<br />

Brian has extensive arbitration experience. He is an associate <strong>of</strong> the<br />

Arbitrators and Mediators Association <strong>of</strong> New Zealand.<br />

Brians employment law practice has principally been for employers,<br />

providing advice relating to restructures and redundancies,<br />

disciplinary issues, employment agreements, personal grievances,<br />

restraints <strong>of</strong> trade, confidential information, health and safety,<br />

Holidays Act issues and privacy issues.<br />

Kim is a senior solicitor in our <strong>Nelson</strong> <strong>of</strong>fice who has been with<br />

Duncan Cotterill since 2007. Kim advises clients on disciplinary<br />

matters, personal grievances, restructuring and redundancies, staff<br />

recruitment, trial periods and employment /independent contract<br />

agreements, as well as assisting with defences for Health and Safety<br />
