Eleven volunteers travelled 220kms
to the south west holiday town of Busselton. Volunteers
worked with the Cape Naturalist Scout Group to clear & trim the bush around
the scout hall so that it conforms to Shire fire regulations, they also worked on
general maintenance on the hall.
Feedback from the site: This was our second year hosting the volunteers. We
are very grateful for their hard work assisting to maintain our scout property.
The volunteers are great fun & after working hard they get to see some of our
awesome beaches, experience a camp fire with camp cooking & for the really
brave there was crabbing. Thank you to an amazing group of people.
The weekend was sweet. It was really fun meeting new people & enjoying
