Design<br />
<strong>Balmoral</strong> GFS <strong>tank</strong>s are designed for long, low-maintenance service<br />
and allow for future expansion or dismantling and re-assembly.<br />
Providing a corrosion-free <strong>storage</strong> solution the modular <strong>tank</strong>s are<br />
ideally suited for installation at remote or difficult to access<br />
locations.<br />
The <strong>tank</strong>s meet and exceed international standards including ISO<br />
9001:2008 AWWA D103-09, EEA 7.20 and EN ISO 28765:2011. With<br />
a design life of at least 30 years, meeting the requirements of ISO<br />
15686 Pt1:2011, Pt2:2012 and Pt3:2002, in practical terms these<br />
<strong>tank</strong>s offer a service life of 50+ years.<br />
Materials<br />
When the core materials, glass and steel, are brought together to<br />
create a <strong>Balmoral</strong> GFS <strong>tank</strong> the end-user benefits from two of the<br />
strongest and most resilient materials in the world.<br />
<strong>Balmoral</strong> provides four grades of GFS <strong>tank</strong>s which range in<br />
application from pH2-14 and 200-400 microns in thickness. All <strong>tank</strong><br />
panels meet or exceed EN ISO 28765:2011 standards, are hard<br />
wearing, strong and flexbile.<br />
<strong>Balmoral</strong> GFS-2F pH3-9 200-360 microns<br />
Budget solution suited to bulk liquid <strong>storage</strong>, storm <strong>water</strong><br />
attenuation, filter <strong>tank</strong>s, sludge <strong>storage</strong>, etc.<br />
<strong>Balmoral</strong> GFS-2F+ pH3-10 200-360 microns<br />
Used in similar applications to <strong>Balmoral</strong> GFS-5 but with the<br />
added benefit of high voltage testing to provide optimum<br />
protection in demanding service conditions.<br />
<strong>Balmoral</strong> GFS-3F pH2-11 280-460 microns<br />
This high quality finish sets the recognised industry standard for<br />
demanding <strong>storage</strong> conditions and is highly suited to industrial<br />
effluent treatment, sludge digestion, etc. The additional<br />
protective layer with its recognised zero discontinuity finish<br />
provides industry-leading <strong>storage</strong> conditions.<br />
<strong>Balmoral</strong> GFS-3F+ pH1-14 340-500 microns<br />
The finish of GFS-15 is supplemented in the GFS-20<br />
specification with high voltage testing taking place to 1500<br />
volts. The ultimate in GFS <strong>storage</strong> provides exceptional and<br />
continuous <strong>storage</strong> conditions for the most arduous<br />
specification.<br />
