7.2 \1r.0D eluctronic timing equipment is not available, the sa~o individual
:uu:;t. as a minimum, time each class, using a "mastiar clook" and a second

record the official time for all runs.
7.3 If t:"e timi.""lg equipment fails to start, or stops during a run, t:r.e driver
shall be flagged off the oourse at once.
He shall not be allowed to
continue the run unless it is physically unavoidable.
The driver will
make his re-run within 30 minutes.
7.4 Luck or chance may not int?ntionally be inoluded as a factor in ti~ing
or scoring;.
7.5 In case of a tie, a run-off shall be held.
7.6 The penalty for detectably contacting a course marker (pylon ) with the
car, its accessories, or by the driver, shall be three seconds.
7.7 If any pylon is not to be used for penalty purposes, it must be so
designated to all contesta nts.

All cars at time of technical inspection are subject to these pen/ali~ies
and will rer.ain so until further modifications are performed or these
