SECTION 10 - CiIA.J.'r'IONSHIP GYMhrlA.NA SERIES 10.1 TSSCC mOffibers in Eood standing shall receive points for corr~etition in gymkhanas held under theso Rules to count toward yearly awards for the Champ Lons hip Gymkhana Series. Points will be awarded on a 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 basis with no points for last, fifth through next to last place receive one point. 10.2 All Charr~ionship events sr~ll be so designated prior to the event and a 11 Cr~mpionship events count toward the point total. A 11 gymkhanas, autocrosses, hill climbs, ar e Championship events unless specified othen/ise beforehand. 10.3 Points may not be transferred between classes; but members may compete in more than one class. Trophies sr~ll be awarded on the following basis: 1 for 1; 2 for 5; 3 for 7. In case of ties identical trophies will be given. 10.5 To qualify for a trophy, a member must also have been either an event chairman or co-cr~irman or actively work at two or more events. A competitor must enter at least t of the events in his class in order to be eligible for the series. 10.6 The Championship Points Chairman shall score the Series, determine trophy eligability and b~ prepared to present current point standings to members at any time. 10.7 Trophies shall be presented at the annual Christmas Party. 14.
S:r:.CT ION 11 - T:::CH,I CAL INSPECT ION 11.1 A committee consisting of three'persons appointed by the president with a chief technical inspector in charge of co-ordinating the corrwittee's - activities. <strong>Car</strong>s must be inspected and certified at least once per year. At lEa.st one member must be available to inspect uncertified cars at each event. Individuals may request that a car be re-inspected and certified. <strong>Car</strong> certii'ication including penalty points will be entered in the event handbook and be available at each event• • 15.
