read because no one was available to take them last time.
Jimmy Edrington, our treasurer, reported that we now
have $1,046 in the treasury minus our bills. Dotty Cortemeglia
suggested we declare dividends.
Virginia Gibbons said our XMAS party would cost around
$480 with setups and buffet provided. Tracor will cut the
cost by $.30 per person if we provide our set ups. The party
will be held on Wednesday December 15. The Appleby kid created
some noise. It was deicided we would provide the set-ups thus
cutting the price down.
to each.
A protest was filed at the HillClimb and Del stated the
protest committee had upheld it. Phil Gerrow and other members
filed a counter-protest which he read to the members
present. Del then stated that the original protest had received
full consideration and that this counter protest was
invalid. The rules make it illegal to file a counter-protest
and therefore it was denied. Del then ended the discussion
and considered the subject dropped and forgotten. We then
adjourned for movies.
