Graeme Booth leads KPMG’s Risk and Resilience practice <strong>in</strong> Toronto which focuses broadly on governance, risk<br />

and control and <strong>in</strong>corporates <strong>in</strong>ternal and IT audit<strong>in</strong>g, regulatory compliance, f<strong>in</strong>ancial and treasury risk<br />

management, <strong>in</strong>ternal controls, governance and <strong>in</strong>formation risk management.<br />

In addition to his Risk & Resilience responsibilities, Mr. Booth is also the Lead Partner for the KPMG Information<br />

Risk Management (IRM) practice <strong>in</strong> Canada and is the Global Product Lead for the Firm’s IS Governance product<br />

offer<strong>in</strong>gs. He has extensive experience across a variety of <strong>in</strong>dustries <strong>in</strong>clud<strong>in</strong>g F<strong>in</strong>ancial Services, Technology,<br />

and Manufactur<strong>in</strong>g.<br />

Mr. Booth is a Certified Management Accountant and a Graduate of the Graduate Management Programme,<br />

Ashridge Management School, London England.<br />

John Chipp<strong>in</strong>dale<br />

As President of Integro (Canada), John Chipp<strong>in</strong>dale directs bus<strong>in</strong>ess strategy and resources and cultivates<br />

executive level relationships with clients and prospects.<br />

Over 25 years <strong>in</strong> the <strong>in</strong>surance brokerage bus<strong>in</strong>ess, John has been an active leader <strong>in</strong> driv<strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong>novation and<br />

eng<strong>in</strong>eer<strong>in</strong>g change <strong>in</strong> the Insurance sector. This <strong>in</strong>volvement has encompassed domestic and <strong>in</strong>ternational client<br />

service, as well as global strategy and product development <strong>in</strong> both the Commercial and Employee Benefit<br />

<strong>in</strong>surance segments.<br />

Prior to becom<strong>in</strong>g a found<strong>in</strong>g Manag<strong>in</strong>g Pr<strong>in</strong>cipal of Integro Insurance Brokers <strong>in</strong> May 2005, John devoted 24<br />

years with Marsh & McLennan where he was appo<strong>in</strong>ted President & CEO of Marsh Canada Ltd. <strong>in</strong> 2000, followed<br />

by Global CEO for the Consumer & Commercial Bus<strong>in</strong>ess <strong>in</strong> 2003.<br />

John graduated from Bishop’s University <strong>in</strong> Lennoxville, Quebec with a Bachelor of Bus<strong>in</strong>ess Adm<strong>in</strong>istration,<br />

major<strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong> F<strong>in</strong>ance. Thereafter, he became an Associate of the Insurance Institute of Canada (A.I.I.C.) and<br />

achieved the Canadian Risk Management (CRM) diploma.<br />

He is a frequent public speaker on such topics as Enterprise Risk Management, Corporate Governance and<br />

Global Market Conditions, and serves as Chair, Board of Governors, Junior Achievement of Central Ontario, and<br />

a member of National Economic Policy Group.<br />

Bruce Simpson<br />

Manag<strong>in</strong>g Partner, Canada, and Director<br />

McK<strong>in</strong>sey & Company<br />

Bruce Simpson became Manag<strong>in</strong>g Partner of the Canadian practice <strong>in</strong> July 2000. Previously, he worked <strong>in</strong> the<br />

Paris office for 13 years, assist<strong>in</strong>g clients <strong>in</strong> multiple sectors on change management, and operations issues.<br />

Before that, he spent a year <strong>in</strong> the New York office on various engagements for consumer goods clients. He is a<br />

core member of McK<strong>in</strong>sey’s worldwide Operations practice. He has particular expertise <strong>in</strong> change management<br />

and cont<strong>in</strong>uous improvement – what it takes to build ongo<strong>in</strong>g cont<strong>in</strong>uous improvement <strong>in</strong>to the organizations of<br />

clients. Bruce has co-led McK<strong>in</strong>sey’s extensive research on these issues for 10 years and helped multiple teams<br />

across the world on these topics. He was also a co-leader of the European Manufactur<strong>in</strong>g practice.<br />

Bruce, a Scot, was born and grew up <strong>in</strong> Glasgow, where he attended Jordanhill College School. His father was<br />

Professor of Pathology at Glasgow Royal Infirmary and his mother, an author, is a D.L. for the city. Bruce<br />

completed an International Baccalaureate at the International School of Geneva and then read Law at Cambridge
