Sacred Heart Foundation on the Emerald Coast<br />
Bordeaux is one of France’s most important fine wine regions, and is second<br />
in volume of production only to the Languedoc. Evidence of wine production<br />
dates back to the 4th century AD. In 2004 the total vineyard area encompassed<br />
306,000 acres, establishing Bordeaux as France’s largest wine appellation. Red,<br />
white, rosé, sweet, and sparkling wines are produced.<br />
Three couples will savor all Bordeaux has to offer with accommodations<br />
on each the left and right bank. On the left bank, three nights at the YNDO<br />
Hotel; a new, sophisticated, relaxed 5 stars refuge that has opened in the heart<br />
of Bordeaux, where your well-being and comfort are the priority. In the cozy,<br />
intimate setting of this typical 19th Century Bordeaux mansion, you’ll be excited<br />
and soothed by the twelve rooms and suites, with their unique and quirky<br />

On the right, spend four nights at La Belle villa; set in the heart of Troplong<br />
Mondot Chateau’s vineyards, Les Belles Perdrix is located on the Butte de<br />
Mondot in north east of Saint-Emilion. All rooms have a private bathroom with<br />
luxury products. Dine in classy dining area or in the garden, the host prepares<br />
regional specialties and a continental breakfast daily. Guests are invited to have<br />
wine tasting in the cellar as well.<br />
Two dinners and several tours at some of Bordeaux’s best and most famous<br />
wine producers have been coordinated for you by Helene Garcin Levesque,<br />
owner of Château Barde-Haut. The magazine El País published a picture gallery<br />
of the ‘15 most remarkable wineries of the world’, where the most aspiring<br />
architectural projects meet a great wine made with passion. Amongst the<br />
beautiful state-of-the-art wineries, we are proud to announce that Château<br />
Barde-Haut was selected alongside two other French properties.<br />
