at the end of the auction. The rules are
very simple; we will draw one name
from all of the registered patron package
buyers at the auction. The winner
must be present to win. Only the
individual whose name is drawn is the
winner; spouses, relatives, friends of
relatives, long lost brothers or sisters
don’t count! If the individual whose
name is drawn has left the auction,
we will draw another name until we

extent of the law. The 2015 Destin Charity
Wine Auction “End of Auction Raffle” starts
on April 1, 2015 and ends April 25, 2015 at
5:00 pm CST. Must be 21 to enter. Winner
will be randomly selected via a Drawing (the
“Drawing”) that will take place at the 10th
Annual Destin Charity Wine Auction (the
“Auction) to be held on Saturday, April 25,
to attend the Auction (each such person a
“Patron”) are eligible to be entered into the
drawing. Both holders of tickets purchased
by sponsors and holders of tickets purchased
by the holder are eligible to enter to win.
All Participants must be at least 21 years
of age on the date of the Drawing and must
be present at the Auction during the time of
Drawing to win. Entries are non-transferable.
Odds of winning depend on total number of
