PFA Fittings<br />
PFA fittings offer superior chemical resistance. The<br />
one-piece ferrule and nut assembly allows for easy<br />
tubing connections. Maximum temperature rating<br />
is 250°C. Order a grooving tool (to groove tubing)<br />
separately below to achieve maximum pressure rating of<br />
125psig.<br />

Use Quick-Connects where gas lines are frequently<br />
broken and reassembled for convenient handling and<br />
to avoid air contamination in the gas line. Both ends<br />
of the fitting are completely shut off when the ends<br />
are separated and flow is automatically started when<br />
recoupled. Fittings are constructed of brass with Buna-<br />
N® seals. Maximum coupled pressure is 3000psig.<br />

These quick connects are 100% helium leak tested for<br />
optimum performance. They feature leak-tight Viton ®<br />
o-ring seals with a temperature range of -29 to 204°C.<br />
Simple push-pull action connects and disconnects lines<br />
without leakage. Fittings are rated for 3000psig when<br />
coupled.<br />

These fittings provide leakfree<br />
connections without the use of wrenches.<br />
The easy-grip star knob is designed for use with<br />
bulky, heat resistant gloves. A special graphite ferrule<br />
with a stainless steel sleeve is provided with the 1/4"<br />
kit; a specially designed Vespel®/Graphite ferrule is<br />
provided with the 1/8" kit (Both sizes can be used at<br />
temperatures up to 400°C.).<br />
