powstałe w branży tzw. „zielonych” technologii,<br />
przyjaznych środowisku. Należą do nich: Fabryka<br />
Samochodów Elektrycznych Klaster oraz Klaster<br />
„Green Cars” związane z produkcją samochodów<br />
elektrycznych oraz Mazowiecki Sojusz Energetyczny,<br />
Mazowiecki Klaster Efektywności Energetycznej<br />
i Odnawialnych Źródeł Energii oraz Mazowiecki Klaster<br />
Energetyczny działające w sektorze źródeł odnawialnych.<br />
Inicjatywy klastrowe obecne są także w branżach<br />
kreatywnych. Jedna z nich – Creative Communication<br />
Cluster posiada w swojej strukturze dwa filary:<br />
i) komunikacja market<strong>in</strong>gowa, reklama, działalność<br />
promocyjna oraz ii) media i wydawnictwa. Natomiast<br />
druga – Mazowiecki Klaster Druku i Reklamy<br />
„Kolorowa Kotl<strong>in</strong>a”, oferuje usługi i produkty z zakresu<br />
poligrafii, druku i reklamy.<br />

Its also worth to pay attention at the cluster <strong>in</strong>itiatives<br />
created <strong>in</strong> the so called “green” environmentally friendly<br />
technologies. We <strong>in</strong>clude among them the Electric Car<br />
Plant (Fabryka Samochodów Elektrycznych Klaster)<br />
and the “Green Cars Cluster” related to the production<br />
of electric cars and the Mazovian Energy Association<br />
(Mazowiecki Sojusz Energetyczny), Mazovian Cluster<br />
of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Sources<br />
(Mazowiecki Klaster Efektywności Energetycznej i<br />
Odnawialnych Źródeł Energi) and the Mazovia Energy<br />
Cluster (Mazowiecki Klaster Energetyczny).<br />
At present cluster <strong>in</strong>itiatives also appear <strong>in</strong> creative<br />
sectors. One of those – Creative Communication<br />
Cluster has <strong>in</strong> its structure two pillars: i) market<strong>in</strong>g<br />
communication, advertis<strong>in</strong>g, promotional activity<br />
and ii) media and publish<strong>in</strong>g. While the second<br />
– Mazovian Cluster of Pr<strong>in</strong>t and Advertisement<br />
(Mazowiecki Klaster Druku i Reklamy “Kolorowa Kotl<strong>in</strong>a”),<br />
offers services and products <strong>in</strong> graphic arts,<br />
pr<strong>in</strong>t and advertis<strong>in</strong>g.<br />
Wsparcie regionalne<br />
<strong>Klastry</strong> w polityce regionu<br />
Stworzenie przyjaznego otoczenia zarówno dla<br />
przedsiębiorców, jak i rozwoju współpracy na l<strong>in</strong>ii<br />
biznes – nauka – otoczenie stanowi jeden z priorytetów<br />
polityki Samorządu Województwa Mazowieckiego.<br />
W dokumentach strategicznych regionu<br />
wskazuje się klastry jako ważny <strong>in</strong>strument do osiągnięcia<br />
tego celu. Strategia Rozwoju Województwa<br />
Mazowieckiego do roku 2020 jako jeden z kierunków<br />
działań wyznacza „rozwój regionalnych sieci kooperacyjnych<br />
i przepływu nowoczesnych technologii” 14 .<br />
Z kolei Regionalna Strategia <strong>Innowacji</strong> dla Mazowsza<br />
na lata 2007-2015 (RIS Mazovia) uznaje m.<strong>in</strong>. pobudzanie<br />
tworzenia i rozwoju klastrów oraz <strong>in</strong>nych<br />
struktur sieciowych za swój cel operacyjny.<br />
Regional support<br />
<strong>Clusters</strong> <strong>in</strong> regional policy<br />
Creat<strong>in</strong>g a friendly environment both for enterprises<br />
as well as foster<strong>in</strong>g cooperation between bus<strong>in</strong>ess<br />
- science and surround<strong>in</strong>g environment constitutes<br />
one of the priorities of the policy of the Mazowieckie<br />
Voivodeship Government. Strategic documents describ<strong>in</strong>g<br />
the region treat clusters as an important<br />
<strong>in</strong>strument to reach<strong>in</strong>g that goal. Mazowieckie<br />
Voivodeship Development Strategy until 2020 as<br />
one of the directions of tak<strong>in</strong>g action po<strong>in</strong>ts to the<br />
“development of regional cooperative relationships<br />
and the flow of modern technologies” 14 .<br />
While the Regional Innovation Strategy of Mazovia Region<br />
for 2007-2015 (RIS Mazovia) acknowledges among<br />
other th<strong>in</strong>gs the stimulation and development of clusters<br />
and other network structures as its operative target.<br />
