LOCATION AND DATES<br />
The 27 th ICAS Congress will be held at the Acropolis Congress Center Nice, France from Sunday 19<br />
September to Friday 24 September 2010.<br />
CONFERENCE LANGUAGE<br />
Conference language is English.<br />

CONDITIONS<br />
1 Members of any ICAS Member Society or ICAS Associate organization.<br />
2 Early registration means before 15 June.<br />
3 Normal registration means before 1 August.<br />
4 On site registration means after 1 August.<br />
6 Retired above 65 years of age<br />
7 Any accompanying person must be registered.<br />
5 STUDENTS<br />
Students = undergraduate or graduate full time students, who will not have completed doctorate studies by<br />
the date of the congress. The student verification section of the registration MUST be completed and signed.<br />
Student registrations without this section completed will be returned to the applicant.<br />
Registration fee includes:<br />
Full Delegates – Attendance at the Congress sessions, coffee/tea and water, lunch from Monday to<br />
Thursday, Welcome Reception on Sunday, Congress Reception on Monday, Final Programme including<br />
short abstracts, Proceedings on CD-ROM, Congress bag, name badge.<br />
Students – Same as Full Delegates.<br />
Retired Persons – Same as Full Delegates.<br />
Accompanying Persons – Attendance at Welcome Reception on Sunday, and Congress Reception on<br />
Monday evening, possibility to book organized Social Programme.<br />

The registration desk, situated on the ground floor at the Acropolis Nice, will be open during the following<br />
hours:<br />
