CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION, ETC.<br />
After you have received the confirmation notice & the invoice from 3AF, cancellation is subject to the<br />
following charges. Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to 3AF.<br />
Registration fee<br />
Cancellations must be reported in writing to 3AF. It must be received by 1 August 2010 in which case<br />
registration fees will be refunded except for a cancellation fee of EUR 100. In case the cancellation is<br />
received after 1 August 2010, no refund would be given. This includes also the costs of the congress<br />
banquet.<br />
Accompanying Persons Programme & Post Congress tours<br />
Up to 14 days prior to the tour date: No Charge. Up to 5 days prior to the tour date: 50 % of the tour fare. On<br />
the day of tour or No Show: 100% of tour fare.<br />
Hotel Reservations<br />
Changes in reservations and cancellations must be reported in writing only to Voyages C. Mathez. After<br />
receiving the reservation confirmation, the guest automatically becomes the binding contract partner of the<br />
hotel. In the event of an early departure or a No Show, the hotel is entitled to charge the entire reserved<br />
period. For cancellations later than 4 th August, 2010, the deposit will not be refunded unless the room is<br />
taken by another guest. If you don't show up, the total amount of nights reserved will be charged.<br />
CONGRESS PROCEEDINGS<br />
The ICAS 2010 Congress proceedings are available on CD-ROM, which are included in the registration fee<br />
where indicated. Additional CD-ROM can be ordered with the registration form at a cost of 120 EUR.<br />
INSURANCE<br />
Participants are advised to take out their own travel insurance and to extend any private policies for personal<br />
possessions they may be bringing with them. The Congress organizers do not cover participants against<br />
travel, cancellations or bookings or loss/theft of belongings.<br />
PASSPORT AND VISA<br />
In France, everyone must have a valid identity card or passport. It is the responsibility of each delegate to<br />
obtain all the necessary documents, including visa if necessary. Participants requiring visa should apply to a<br />
French consular office or diplomatic mission in their respective country well in advance to departure.<br />
Participants are advised to contact their local travel agencies or airline companies for assistance. Details and<br />
an application form for Schengen Visa in several languages can be found on:<br />

contacted your local travel agencies or airline companies, please feel free to contact the ICAS 2010 Local<br />
