5.1 Intellectual<br />
Property Rights<br />
k. All right, title and interest in<br />
and to, and ownership in,<br />
Proprietary Information <strong>of</strong><br />
Operator, which is provided to<br />
GSDMA, and all modifications,<br />
enhancements and other<br />
derivative works <strong>of</strong> such<br />
Operator Proprietary<br />
Information (“Operator<br />
Proprietary Information”), shall<br />
remain solely with Operator.<br />
The Operator shall, within 30<br />
days <strong>of</strong> the<br />
Effective Date, provide to<br />
GSDMA the status <strong>of</strong> all the<br />
Operator Proprietary<br />
Information<br />
along with documentary support<br />
sufficient to establish its sole<br />
legal rights in the aforesaid<br />
Proprietary Information. This<br />
Operator Proprietary<br />
Information shall refer to the<br />
Proprietary<br />
Information that has been<br />
owned by the Operator prior to<br />
the Effective Date.<br />
Seek deletion <strong>of</strong>:<br />
The Operator shall, within 30 days <strong>of</strong> the<br />
Effective Date, provide to GSDMA the<br />
status <strong>of</strong> all the Operator Proprietary<br />
Information along with documentary<br />
support sufficient to establish its sole legal<br />
rights in the aforesaid Proprietary<br />
Information. This Operator Proprietary<br />
Information shall refer to the Proprietary<br />
Information that has been owned by the<br />
Operator prior to the Effective Date.<br />
