Therefore12 supply references of 70 metershall be difficult to provide.If this condition is not accepted, itmay lead to a single vendorqualification which will not provideGSDMA with competitive biddingadvantage and therefore will be aloss of public money at large.The bidder will quote separate costfor vehicle i.e. CIF cost and cost inforeign currency for the otherservices in India to clear theconsignment from customs andPort.
