MIKE MADDOCK
Is your company’s desire for certainty getting in the way of new ideas? Do you know how to unleash the power
of your creative thinkers without them destroying your business? Do you feel your industry is facing a major
shift and you want to get in front of it?
If any of these are a “yes” for you, you will not want to miss Mike Maddock’s session. Innovator, author,
CEO and Co-Founder of Maddock Douglas, Agency of Innovation, Mike will help you understand how great
innovators bring new ideas to market by distinguishing between two types of people in your organization. Some
of the most innovative partnerships that you know (e.g. Walt and Roy Disney, Jobs and Wozniak) struck just
the right balance. He will also share some of the secrets about how great innovation happens and what your
most critical economic, social, business, and national security threat that the country faces.
A Closing General Session not to be missed, from taxes and spending to entitlement and Social Security reform
and encouraging business growth, Simpson and Bowles offer an enlightening discussion on solutions for
bridging America’s deficit, debt and interest gap.
