staff and guests, as well as for sponsors and
exhibitors of NAILBA 32.
TRAVEL
American Airlines is
our preferred airline
and is offering
discounts to NAILBA 32 registrants. Discounts
are available on American Airlines, American
Eagle, American Connection, and all Oneworld
Alliance carriers as long as one segment is on
American. Reservations can be made online at
www.aa.com. Enter the promotional code,
85N3AF when making your reservation.
Discount will automatically be calculated.
Discount is valid for travel from November
17–26, 2013. There is no additional booking
fee on www.aa.com.
TRANSPORTATION
The hotel is approximately 6 miles from the
Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW).
The resort offers an airport shuttle service
for $62 (reservation required, Shuttle Phone:
1.817.778.2277); cab fare is approximately
$25 one way. Hertz Car Rental is available at
the hotel and can be reached at 817.778.1490.
Parking at the hotel is $17/day for self-park
and $27/day for valet (prices subject to change
without notice).

Submitting a registration form for NAILBA 32 DOES NOT reserve a hotel room.
PLEASE NOTE: If you make a reservation within NAILBA’s room block and are NOT registered for
NAILBA 32, your reservation will be removed from the block and the NAILBA room rate will not be
applicable. Your room rate will be the Gaylord Texan’s “rack rate,” which is much higher. Thank you
for your cooperation!

The site of the NAILBA 32 Annual Meeting meets all the requirements of the Americans with
Disabilities Act. If you require special assistance in order to fully participate, please contact NAILBA
Headquarters at 703.383.3081 as soon as possible in advance of NAILBA 32 and appropriate
arrangements can be made.
SILENT & LIVE AUCTION
The NAILBA Charitable Foundation will offer Silent and Live
Auction items for bidding in the months leading up to and
during NAILBA 32. The Silent Auction will be available online
beginning October 15 through Friday, November 22.
Bidding stations will be available onsite at NAILBA 32, or
visit www.biddingforgood.com/nailbaauction to bid on Silent
Auction items in advance.
The Live Auction will take place during the Mooers Award
Reception, Friday, November 22. The Live Auction delivers an
exciting live-action dynamic — complete with auctioneer —
and brings out the competitive streak in people. Bring your
checkbook and your enthusiasm!
