A plant hydraulic profile is included as Figure 1-2. Port Richmond is sized for a maximum
influent flow of 160 mgd with one primary settling tank (PST), one aeration tank (AT), and one
final settling tank (FST) out of service. Table 1-1 shows the dry and wet weather design flows
for Port Richmond.
