Technology Cost Curves
Figures EX-1 through EX-8 provide cost curves for capital construction costs for each level of
technology included in this study. Previous work conducted at several New York City WPCPs
that yielded costs for various treatment and technology levels were included in some of the cost
curves, including an analysis examining the impact of BNR upgrades at the four Upper East
River WPCPs (Bowery Bay, Hunts Point, Tallman Island, and Wards Island).
