(with oil filter) 2.50 Ltrs. (during oil & filter element replacement) CAUTION : Use of Wrong grade oil can reduce the life of the moving parts and seriously affect performance NOTE : Recommendation subject to change without notice. * Common oil for Engine, Gear box & Clutch. DO NOT Mix DOT 3 & DOT 4 brake fluid together. 31 ISO 14001 – EMS Operation Control Process 1. All customers are advised timely replacement of Engine Oil, Fork Oil & Brake Oil at the dealership /ASP. In case done privately, it is advise to reach old/used Oil to our authorised vendor through RE Dealer/ASP 2. Similarly we advise for disposal of old/used Battery, Tube & Tyres as mentioned in above point No.1.
D O I T Y O U R S E L F The following simple maintenance activities will help in maintaining your motorcycle. However for an elaborate maintenance, we recommend you to get in touch with an Authorised Dealer / Service Point. HAND LEVER & KICK STARTER PIVOTS Wipe the area free of dirt / grease. Apply a few drops of oil on the pivots. CONTROL CABLES Lubricate after using the motorcycle in rain, after waterwash or if used in dusty conditions. 32 CENTER / SIDE STAND PIVOTS Apply a few drops of oil on the pivots after cleaning the area of dirt.
