Jumper<br />
• Starting position:<br />
- Chest and hands up 1<br />
- Bend knees 2<br />
• Explode upwards from a two-footed take off 3<br />
• Move dynamically in<strong>to</strong> a position from which you can<br />

• Maintain a long body shape (brace by squeezing butt<br />
cheeks) <strong>to</strong> ensure that both jumper and support<br />
players can maintain control 5<br />
• Sight ball through hands as you extend arms <strong>to</strong><br />

• Communicate with your support players <strong>to</strong> manage<br />
