HATFIELD HEATH FARMERS’ MARKET’S CHRISTMAS EVENTS Indoor Farmers Market: Sat 23 rd Oct & Sat 27 th Nov (9.30am-12.30pm) as of October our stall holders have all returned from holiday and we are back up to our normal number of stalls (approx 30). You will find homegrown pork, beef, chicken, lamb and game; pickles & preserves; fresh fruit & veg; free range eggs; award winning cheeses; proper pies; homemade cakes, cupcakes, & cookies; among lots more. Plus a few good craft stalls including our fantastic local blacksmith and walking stick maker. Free entry, free parking, hot food inc: bacon & egg sarnies, hot drinks inc: Twinings tea (& Earl Grey), coffee, & hot choc; & children welcome! Craft event: Sat 4 th & Sun 5 th Dec (10am-3pm) with all of your Christmas necessities, including: Christmas meats, cheeses, and preserves; plus order your local Christmas turkey; have your presents gift wrapped; and buy your Christmas gifts and cards from amazing local crafts people, including works from the wonderful multi award winning local artist James Merriott (featured more than 100 times in Essex/Hertfordshire Life magazine). Farmers Market: Sun 19 th Dec (10am-3pm) with all the locally grown Christmas food you could imagine! Sort out your Christmas dinner with our locally grown vegetables; get your Boxing Day sandwich fillings with our locally bred meats; don’t forget the local cheese and preserves for your cheeseboard; buy last minute gifts, cards, and stocking fillers; and of course have a big glass of hot spicy mulled wine while you shop! With Christmas entertainment provided by local residents and children, lots of mulled wine to get you into the Christmas spirit, plus mince pies, hot bacon rolls, and non alcoholic punch for children and drivers we can’t wait to see you there!
