The Practice has recently been advised by NHS England<br />
that information about you and the care you receive is<br />
going to be shared, in a secure system, by healthcare staff<br />
to support your treatment and care<br />
NHS England is commissioning a modern data service<br />
from the Health and Social Care information Centre<br />
Confidential information from your medical records can<br />
be used by the NHS to improve the services offered in<br />
order to provide the best possible care for everyone.<br />
This information along with your postcode and NHS<br />
number, but not your name, are sent to a secure system<br />
where it can be linked with other information<br />
You have a choice - If you are happy for your information<br />
to be used in this way you do not have to do anything.<br />
If you have any concerns or wish to prevent this from<br />
happening, please speak to Lesley the Practice Manager at<br />

STABLE YARD HELP NEEDED<br />
We need someone who is able to undertake general<br />
stable and field duties for 15-17<br />
hrs per week in a small, quiet<br />
yard in <strong>Hatfield</strong> <strong>Heath</strong>. You<br />
must have experience of working<br />
with horses or owning your own<br />
horse and be trustworthy and<br />
reliable.<br />
