u. Recommend approval of an agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga
BOCES and TVC ALBANY, INC. d/b/a Tech Valley Communications. Tech Valley will
provide two Gigabit-Ethernet (1000Mbps) dedicated access services for the Ravena-Coeymans-
Selkirk Central School District. The first Gigabit-Ethernet dedicated access service will connect
the NERIC Data Center to Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk High School and a second dedicated access
service will connect the Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk High School to the Ravena-Coeymans-
Selkirk District Office. BOCES will pay $15,480 per year. The contract period is approximately
September 1, 2013 through August 31, 2018. The agreement is based on Bid #13-005, which was
awarded on December 17, 2012. (2013-120-RIC)
v. Recommend approval of an agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga
BOCES and Time Warner Cable Northeast LLC d/b/a Time Warner Cable, 20 Century Hill
Drive, Latham, New York 12110. Time Warner will provide Gigabit-Ethernet (1000Mbps)
dedicated access services connecting the NERIC Data Center twelve (12) remote locations
(Shenendehowa, Brushton-Moria, Salmon River Middle and High Schools, Northern Adirondack
CSD, Chateaugay CSD, Lake Placid CSD, Northeast Clinton Schools, Rouses Point Elementary,
Moors Elementary, St. Johnsville and Hartford CSD). BOCES will pay $183,810 per year. The
contract period is approximately September 1, 2013 through August 31, 2018. The agreement is
based on Bid #13-005, which was awarded on December 17, 2012. (2013-121-RIC)

BOCES and Time Warner Cable Northeast LLC d/b/a Time Warner Cable, 20 Century Hill
Drive, Latham, New York 12110. Time Warner will provide Gigabit-Ethernet (1000Mbps)
dedicated access services connecting the St. Johnsville High School to the Oppenheim-Ephratah
High School. BOCES will pay $8,700 per year. The contract period is approximately September
1, 2013 through August 31, 2018. The agreement is based on New York State Contract

x. Recommend approval of an amendment to an agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-
Schenectady-Saratoga BOCES and Time Warner Cable Northeast LLC d/b/a Time Warner
Cable, 20 Century Hill Drive, Latham, New York 12110. Time Warner will provide Gigabit-
Ethernet (1000Mbps) dedicated access services connecting the NERIC Data Center eight (8)
remote locations (QIII Herkimer Planning office, Schoharie CTE, Indian Lake CSD, Johnsburg
CSD, Wells CSD, Lake Pleasant CSD, Minerva, CSD, Charter Meet-Point). BOCES will pay
$112,200 per year. The contract period is approximately September 1, 2013 through August 31,
2018. The agreement is based on Bid # 13-036, which was awarded on June 17, 2013. (2013-

y. Recommend approval of an agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga
BOCES and The College of St. Rose, 432 Western Avenue, Albany, New York 12203-1490.
The College will continue to lease classroom space to the Special Education Division to house a
FSI Program in order for the students to be integrated into the college academic and social
setting. The annual rent is $15,000. The lease agreement if for the period July 1, 2013 through
June 30, 2014 and is contingent upon approval of the State Education Department. (2013-025-
