Avatar Seating ready for another international<br />
sports event: Qatar 2015 IHF Handball World<br />
Championship<br />
Daplast has supplied Avatar Seating for the<br />
brand new Qatar Handball Association<br />
Complex Arena, at Doha, Qatar, that hosted<br />
the Qatar 2015 Men’s Handball World Championship.<br />
More than 5,500 arena seats have been installed<br />
at the grandstands of this spectacular sports<br />
arena, designed and constructed in less than 15<br />
months.<br />
The Qatar Handball Association Complex<br />
was inaugurated in September 2014 to celebrate<br />
the International Championship Handball Super<br />
Globe 2014, at which FC Barcelona Handball team<br />
revalidated its title of Champion.<br />
The Avatar seats, installed at this arena in<br />
partnership with Elan Inventa, provide flexibility to<br />
adapt the seating capacity. This is due to the metallic<br />
rail, the seats can be displaced along it, changing the<br />
distance between seats at convenience.<br />
