The anonymous TIP LINE is a resource to students, parents and community members. The<br />

purpose of the Tip Line is to anonymously provide information concerning drugs, alcohol,<br />

weapons and violence to dangerous acts involving <strong>East</strong> <strong>Penn</strong> Students. The TIP LINE was<br />

implemented to encourage community responsibility for VIOLENCE AND DRUG FREE<br />

SCHOOLS.<br />
