the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico or any place, state or country.

If the public crime penalizes with fine, the student will
receive the reprimand written with copy to the
records.
If the crime penalizes with jail, the sanction will be the
expulsion by a period of defined time or definitive
expulsion of the School

the hospitals or centers of training or to its companion students.
