Article XXIV.
The disciplinary sanctions that entail the following pains: oral or written
reprimand with copy to the records could be imposed by any member of the
faculty or civil employee of the School with authority.
The disciplinary sanctions that entail the following pains: it reduces in the
classification of a course, awarding of an “F” in a course or clinical rotation, they
will be imposed by the corresponding member of the faculty. The disciplinary
sanctions that entail a pain of: suspension of one or several courses or rotations,
suspension by a period of defined time, separation or definitive expulsion of the
School and repair by means of restitutions by damages or illegal appropriation of
the property, will be imposed by the Academic Dean

CHAPTER IX
COMMITTEES OF REVISION
A Committee of Revision at administrative level constituted by the
Associate Dean of Students Affairs, Associates Deans of Biomedical Sciences
and Clinical Sciences, Associate Dean Graduate students and two
representatives designated by the General Council of Students is created. This
committee will have jurisdiction to celebrate administrative views of revision by
penalties imposed by any member of the faculty or civil employee of the School
with authority. The decision of the Committee will be subjected to appeal.
Article II
The students will have a term of ten (10) natural days, counted as of the
date of the notification of the sanction, to ask for in writing the revision to the
Committee of Revision. In the hearings that are celebrated, the students will have
right to appear personally or attended by a lawyer.
