uilding electrification works and should have executed minimum1 (one) similar electrical works worth a minimum of Rupees 3 crores (completion certificate from client to be submitted along with the bid). NOTE: Similar electrical work is defined as a work which includes at least all of the following: 1. 11KV / 22KV ht yard works 2. Transformer yard works upto 2 MVA 3. External (site) electrical works; and, 4. electrical works for the total interior and base building for a built-up area of at least 50,000 square feet for a building designed for –a research institution, or a higher education facility, or an auditorium or a convention facility, or a hotel, or an office, or for commercial buildings. In the case of the identified sub-contractor, they should have been in continuous relevant business for at least 5 years (documentary evidence including certified copies of the company incorporation and registration certificates to be submitted along with the bid) and should have a financial turnover of at least 10.0crores for any one of the past 3 years (documentary evidence including certified copies of the tax certificates for the previous 3 financial years to be submitted along with the bid). (e) WATER SUPPLY / SANITARY ENGINEERING WORKS: The bidder or his identified sub-contractor should possess the required valid license from the Public Health Department of the.,Government of Tamil Nadu or any appropriate authority of other State/Union of India for executing the water supply/sanitary engineering works for the commercial sector (documentary evidence including certified copies of the license to be submitted along with the bid)and should have executed at least 1 (one) similar water supply/sanitary engineering work worth at least Rupees.1.0 crore (completion certificate from client to be submitted along with the bid).. NOTE: Similar water supply and sanitary engineering work is defined as, a work and should include all the following: 1. external sanitary and plumbing works inclusive of waste water treatment plant and; 2. internal plumbing works for a building for a built-up area of at least 50,000 square feet for a building designed for –a research institution, or a higher education facility, or an auditorium or a convention facility, or a hotel, or an office, or for commercial buildings. In the case of the identified sub-contractor, they should have been in continuous relevant business for at least 5 years (documentary evidence including certified copies of the company incorporation and registration certificates to be submitted along with the bid) and should have a financial turnover of at least 3.0crores for any one of the past 3 years (documentary evidence including certified copies of the tax certificates for the previous 3 financial years to be submitted along with the bid). . (f) (g) SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF DIESEL GENERATOR: the bidder or his identified sub-contractor should have qualified electrical/mechanical engineers and should possess the required valid license to carry out supply and installation of diesel generators in any state of India (documentary evidence including certified copies of the license to be submitted along with the bid) and should have completed at least1(one) similar work of supply and installation of a diesel generator worth at least Rupees 1.0Crores(completion certificate from client to be submitted along with the bid) NOTE: Similar work of supply and installation of a diesel generator is defined as, a work and should include “single” supply and installation of diesel generator and associated works of at least 1.5 MVA using a combination of of any of the 500, 750 and 1000 KVA DG sets In the case of the identified sub-contractor, they should have been in continuous relevant business for at least 5 years (documentary evidence including certified copies of the company incorporation and registration certificates to be submitted along with the bid) and should have a financial turnover of at least 5.0crores for any one of the past 3 years (documentary evidence including certified copies of the tax certificates for the previous 3 financial years to be submitted along with the bid). the bidder or his identified sub-contractor should have qualified engineers and should possess the required valid license to carry out for supplying and installing supply and installation of solar PVs and solar water heaters in any state of India (documentary evidence including certified copies of the license to be submitted along with the bid) and should have completed at least 1 (one) similar work of supplying and installing supply and installation of solar PVs and solar water heaters worth at least Rupees30.0 lakhs(completion certificate from client to be submitted along with the bid). NOTE: Similar work of is defined as, a work and should include “single” supply and installation of solar PVs and solar water heaters (h)‘SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF GLAZING WORKS. The bidder or his qualified sub-contractor should have qualified engineers to conduct the works and should possess the required valid license to carry out works for supply and installation of aluminium framed glazing works in any state of India (documentary evidence including certified copies of the license to be submitted along with the bid). and should have executed at least 1 (one) similar engineering work worth at least Rupees.1.0 crores in which at least 25% of the works include for structural glazing systems, (completion certificate from Client to be submitted along with the bid). In the case of the identified sub-contractor, they should have been in continuous relevant business for at least 5 years (documentary evidence including certified copies of the company incorporation and registration certificates to be submitted along with the bid) and should have a financial turnover of at least 1.0crores for any one of the past 3 years (documentary evidence including certified copies of the tax certificates for the previous 3 financial years to be submitted along with the bid). NOTE: All prices financial qualification mentioned above are at 2013-14 price level. Financial turnover and cost of completed works of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year based on rupee value to bring them to 2013-14 price level. 4.5 B.
