The Works consist ofConstruction of <strong>Building</strong> for National Centre for<br />
Sustainable Coastal Management, Chennai.<br />
The work is to be executed in the financial year 2013-14 and to be continued in the financial year 2014-15.<br />

The Start Date shall be the date of issue of notice to proceed with the work. (1.1)<br />
The Intended Completion Date for the whole<br />
of the Works is12months with the following milestones: [17, 28]<br />

The following documents also form part of the Contract: [2.3]<br />
NIL<br />
The Contractor shall submit a revised Program including Environmental<br />
Management Plan for the Works (in such form and detail as the<br />
engineer shall reasonably prescribe) within 14 days of<br />
delivery of the Letter of Acceptance. [27]<br />
[This program should be in adequate detail and generally conform to the program submitted alongwith bid in<br />
response to ITB Clause 4.3 (k). Deviations if any from that should be clearly explained and should be satisfactory to<br />
the Engineer]<br />
The Site Possession Date shall be: [21]<br />

The Site is located at Anna University Campus, Chennai, [1]<br />
