<strong>EP</strong> <strong>Register</strong> <strong>data</strong> <strong>in</strong> <strong>ST.36</strong> <strong>compatible</strong> <strong>XML</strong> format<br />
<br />
The element procedural-<strong>data</strong> is used to provide <strong>in</strong>formation about (groups <strong>of</strong>)<br />
procedural <strong>data</strong> that is not or not entirely published <strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> EBD file but part <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>EP</strong><br />
<strong>Register</strong>. To this end, <strong>the</strong> element procedural-<strong>data</strong> will conta<strong>in</strong> a procedural-step<br />
element for each <strong>data</strong> field or logical group <strong>of</strong> <strong>data</strong> fields that have occurred dur<strong>in</strong>g<br />
<strong>the</strong> grant<strong>in</strong>g procedure.<br />
The element procedural-<strong>data</strong> can have <strong>the</strong> follow<strong>in</strong>g attributes:<br />
country - always "<strong>EP</strong>"<br />
id - not used<br />
lang - not used<br />
status - not used<br />
The element procedural-step can conta<strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> follow<strong>in</strong>g elements:<br />
procedural-step-code - a mnemonic identification <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> k<strong>in</strong>d<br />
<strong>of</strong> <strong>data</strong> <strong>in</strong> this procedural-step tag<br />
procedural-step-text - a text relat<strong>in</strong>g to <strong>the</strong> procedural step,<br />
<strong>the</strong> attribute step-text-type describes<br />
what k<strong>in</strong>d <strong>of</strong> text it is<br />
procedural-step-date - a date relat<strong>in</strong>g to <strong>the</strong> procedural<br />
step, <strong>the</strong> attribute step-date-type<br />
describes what k<strong>in</strong>d <strong>of</strong> date it is<br />
procedural-step-affected-states - will conta<strong>in</strong> country elements with <strong>the</strong><br />
ICIR<strong>EP</strong>AT country codes <strong>of</strong> states<br />
that are affected by this procedural<br />
step<br />
time-limit - a time limit <strong>in</strong>volved <strong>in</strong> this<br />
procedural step, <strong>the</strong> attribute<br />
time-limit-unit <strong>in</strong>dicates whe<strong>the</strong>r <strong>the</strong><br />
time limit is <strong>in</strong> days, weeks or<br />
months.<br />
procedural-step-result - <strong>in</strong>dicates <strong>the</strong> result or outcome <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />
procedural step, <strong>the</strong> attribute<br />
step-result-type describes <strong>the</strong> k<strong>in</strong>d <strong>of</strong><br />
result<br />
gazette-reference - if a part <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> procedural step <strong>data</strong><br />
has been published <strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> EBD file,<br />
<strong>the</strong> year and week number will be <strong>in</strong><br />
<strong>the</strong> sub-element, <strong>the</strong> sub-element<br />
date will be empty<br />
