DATABASES
This module requires the candidate to understand some of the main concepts of
databases and demonstrate an ability to use them. The module consists of two
parts. The first tests the candidate’s ability to create a simple database using a
standard software package. The second tests his/her ability to retrieve
information from a database using the query and sort tools available in the
package, and to produce the relative reports (a score of at least 75% is required
to pass the module).
PRESENTATIONS
This module requires the candidate to demonstrate competence in preparing
presentations. The candidate must be able to use standard tools to prepare
presentations for different types of audiences and situations. S/he must be able
to accomplish basic tasks such as composing the text, inserting images and
charts, and adding special effects (a score of 75% is required to pass the
module).
