Features and Benefits<br />
• 2335-SE pipe assembly consists of straight and formed tubing<br />
with fittings, globe valve and split-eyelet connectors.<br />
– Not assembled.<br />
• 11438-85 humidistat will respond to humidity levels in the<br />
range of 20% to 95% RH.<br />
– Maximum operating temperature 125°F (52°C). 24V DC; 110V.<br />
Overall height 6" (15 cm).<br />
• 11438-95 switching relay has built-in transformer that supplies<br />
low-voltage current for humidistat circuit.<br />
– 2-wire 24V control, 115V AC. Maximum temperature 115°F<br />
(46°C).<br />
• 55089 electric humidistat quick relative humidity LCD readouts<br />
from 1% to 99% with repeatability of ±5%.<br />
– Operating temperature range 32°F to 160°F (0°C to 71°C).<br />
– 24V (DC or AC).<br />
• 45604 float valve used in 45600 float box to shut off inlet flow<br />
at a preset water level.<br />
– Made of ABS plastic, 304 Stainless Steel, polypropylene<br />
with fiber washers and a brass nut.<br />
Optimization Tips<br />

• 55400 valve package is easy to install and use – simply connect<br />
to existing air and fluid lines.<br />
– The NEMA type 4 panel is completely sealed to eliminate moisture<br />
damage to components.<br />
– Safety feature ensures there is no product damage due to<br />
unintentional water release.<br />
– Stainless steel components available for use with deionized water.<br />
– Separate atomizing and cylinder air lines with adjustable delay<br />
time assures liquid atomization.<br />
• 2202 pipe hanger for proper spacing between air and liquid lines.<br />
Sizes fit 1/2" piping.<br />
– Hanger is held by threaded rod and nuts (not included) for<br />
vertical adjustment.<br />
– Made of cast aluminum. 4" (10 cm) spacing.<br />
– Use with 2335-SE spray pipe assembly.<br />
