Boiler and Pressure
Vessel Code requirements and OSHA safety regulations.
– Constructed of 304 Stainless Steel.
– Assembly includes a pressure regulator with gauge, ASME
coded pressure relief valve, air bleed valve and plug valves
for air inlet and liquid outlet.
– Tanks are available in 1, 2, 5 and 10 gallon (3.8, 7.6, 18.9 and
38 liter) capacities.
– The air inlet and liquid outlet have 1/4" NPT (F) connections.
– The maximum working pressure is 140 psi at 100°F (9.5 bar
at 38°C).
– The 22140 features brass fittings and an EPR lid seal.
• 38180 split-eyelet swivel union simplifies installation and
maintenance of air atomizing nozzles and spray guns.
– Connector design reduces costs by eliminating cutting,
threading, welding and brazing operations and adjustment
of fittings, unions and nipples.
– Recommended pressure is up to 250 psi (17 bar) for liquid
and air lines.
– Fits 1/2", 3/4" or 1" pipe or similar O.D. tube. 1/4" NPT or
BSPT (M) outlet pipe connections.
– Nickel-plated brass with zinc-plated pipe clamps or all
stainless steel construction.
• 39273, 39275 level switch kit indicates a low liquid level condition
inside the pressure tank.
– Use standard 39273 level switch with 5 and 10 gallon (18 and
38 liter) pressure tank assemblies with external 1/4" NPT (F)
threads.
– Use 39275 level switch with 1 and 2 gallon (4 and 8 liter)
pressure tank assemblies with external 1/4" NPT (F) threads.
– Features a U.L. listed float switch, quick disconnect and 12'
(3 m) PVC jacketed cable.
– Available in brass with Buna-N float or all stainless steel.
• 39272 tank heater bands provide anywhere from 6°F to 60°F (3°C
to 33°C) heat gain depending upon the tank size and number of
bands used.
– Silicone rubber construction with fiberglass mesh
reinforcement for added strength, flexibility, and corrosion
resistance.
– Features quick-release band clasp and built-in thermostat for
temperature control.
– Two sizes fit 9" and 12" (288.6 and 304.8 mm) diameter tanks.
• 38673 push-in tube fittings provide fast and easy hook-up of
air atomizing nozzles.
– Durable nickel-plated brass construction includes Buna-N
O-ring.
– Select from six configurations with 1/8", 1/4" or 3/8" NPT (M)
connections for 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" O.D. tubing.
• 45592 ferrule-type tube fittings are intended for use when
operating at higher pressures.
– The 316 Stainless Steel is of durable construction and can be
easily taken apart for cleaning.
– Six configurations available with 1/8", 1/4" or 3/8" NPT
connections for 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" O.D. tubing.
• 38691 and 38692 strong, semi-rigid nylon tubes designed for use
with 38673 fittings.
– Abrasion resistant and dimensionally stable tubing available in
12', 25' and 50' (3.6 m, 7.5 m and 15 m) lengths.
– Maximum working pressure is 250 psi (17 bar) at –40°F to +70°F
(–40°C to +20°C).
– 38691 has 1/4" O.D.
– 38692 has 3/8" O.D.
