under Two Bid System (Technical and Commercial Bids) on the prescribed form for procurement of
following items for S.S. Bn.I.T.B. Police upto 2.9-08-2013 at 1200Hrs. :-

SPECIFICATIONS AND OTHER DETAILS AS PER TENDER SCHEDULE
F.O.R. Destinations :-Stores to be delivered to consignee at FOR Destination basis by
road at firm's own risk and free of cost on freight pre-paid basis at consignee Depot.
2 The detailed particulars and tender forms can be obtained from the office of the
Commandant, S.S. Bn., 1.T.8. Police Force, Saboli, P.O. Nathupura, Distt. Sonepat (Haryana) Pin
Code -131029 by placing a demand letter mentioning the name of stores, w.e.f 05-08-2013 to 2~-
08-2013 on any working day between 1000 hrs to 1300 hrs and 1430 hrs to 1700 hrs on C2'Sh
payment mentioned above (non-refundable). The Complete Tender Enquiry will also be
available on Central Public Procurement portal and ITBP Web Site (www.itbp.gov.in) which
can be downloaded by the interested firms. The cost of this downloaded tender document (
Rs. 100/- ) has to be deposited in the form of a separate BD drawn in favour of Commandant,
5.5. Bn., ITB Police payable at S.B.1. Sonepat ( Bank Code 00721 ) alongwith the Technical
Bid. Tender form can also be obtained by post from the above address against money order or
demand draft drawn in favour of Commandant, S.S. Bn., I.T.B. Police (Bank Code 00721). No other
mode of payment will be accepted. Tenderers desirous of having tender documents by post shall
add Rs. 65/- (Rupees Sixty Five Only) towards postage. Department shall not be responsible for
any'postal delay and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
4. All firms who are not registered with DGS&D/NSIC for the specifications of subject stores
shall be required to deposit Earnest Money as mentioned above alongwith their technical bid.
5. Tender documents duly completed in all respect to be submitted in the tender box of General
Depot, kept at G.D. Gate before specified
time and date.

6 The firms or their reps, desirous of being present during the time of the OPENING OF
TENDER should come and get their "Gate Pass" timely made from the SM office, to avoid any
hassle in getting entry into the unit. .
