trade agreements . Tariff preference has more than 46 countries ,
representing a market of one billion consumers , or 60 percent of
global GDP.
National diplomacy is very important for the political and
economic game on the planet. The country is actively involved in
multilateral and regional organizations and forums such as the
World Trade Organization ( WTO), the Asia - Pacifc Mechanism
(APEC ) Economic Cooperation , the Organization for Economic
Cooperation and Development (OECD ) and the Latin American
Association integration ( ALADI) .
