The facade of this Limonaire is crisp and bright with all of the original gold lettering, the various oil paintings, and other decorations in "mint" condition' The front is so choice that it will require no work at all. Not even a little bit' Set it aside (it dismantles into small pieces for storage) while you work on the main chassis, for the chests, case, etc. need complete rebuilding. This will be a fair amount of work (as would be the restoration of any organ of this size), but the task will be of a straightforward nature and the final results will be worth the many hours of effort! The Limonaire is of 50-key size and has a supply of music books with it. Additional books can be ordered at low cost. The needed restoration will include new cloth and leather parts, repainting of the facade, some limited woodwork, new drum heads, and the other necessities of a band organ rebuilding project. All supplies are easily available - and, if you elect to do the work yourself, we'll gladly help with advice if we're called upon. The parts are built in a quality and straightforward manner and are easily accessible to work on. This classic Limonaire organ is an excellent value. This Limonaire: just $2995.00 (Stock No. LIM-30S8) COLORFUL LIMONAIRE BAND ORGAN This attractive Limonaire has cascading rows of brass piccolos, flageolets, and trumpets on the front. On the underside, hidden from view unless you get on your hands and knees and peer beneath it, are bass pipes to add a foundation of tone to the music. The Limonaire is of 60-key specification and comes with a supply of music books. !'lew books can be ordered for it today. The instrument is 7'7" wide, 6'2" high, and 3' deep. Some facade trim parts are missing, but this is usuaUy the case with these early and ornate fairground instruments. These can be made up again without great difficulty. The instrument will need a complete pneumatic rebuilding. When done it -87- Cascading pipework on the front of the Lirnonaire..• will be a loud-speaking band organ that will be able to be heard from hundreds of feet away. It will be a real attraction!
