Organisations that are develop<strong>in</strong>g and us<strong>in</strong>g a partnership approach to work<strong>in</strong>g need a lot of communication. With<strong>in</strong> each agency/organisation <strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> health<br />

services, partnership and staff communications should be <strong>in</strong>tegrated so that <strong>the</strong>re is a s<strong>in</strong>gle, effective system <strong>for</strong> communication and <strong>in</strong>volvement. This system<br />

needs to provide very specifically <strong>for</strong> ‘two-way’ channels of communication and also have a cross-agency dimension.<br />
