Targets vs. Accomplishments<br />
DMDP set annual physical and financial targets included in the department’s plans<br />
and programs and to support budget proposal.<br />
In the year 2014, the department raised the bar of its targets in response to the<br />
“SOSS – 2014” show of super service challenge of the Local Chief Executive, Mayor Michael<br />
L. Rama. DMDP accomplished more than double of its targets and employing strategies and<br />
innovations to sustain what it has started and will continue to find better ways of doing<br />
things at the same time setting realistic targets with available resources.<br />
