Approximately 5% of the population requires CPAP treatment for OSA, including more<br />
than 15 million people in the US and 350 million more around the world.<br />
DMD designed the revolutionary SomnuSeal masks from the ground up to solve the most<br />
serious problem in the OSA market today – despite the dangers of OSA, roughly 50%<br />
of diagnosed patients stop their CPAP treatment because they cannot sleep comfortably<br />
with the cumbersome masks that exist today.<br />
In contrast to available traditional masks, DMD’s solution (the SomnuSeal masks line) uses<br />
the natural oral cavity anatomy to create the seal required for effective CPAP treatment.<br />
