TriSys was designed to be completely customisable so that it can support
any recruitment industry process.
TriSys has its own form designer tools which allows administrators to design
forms using an easy-to-use drag & drop metaphor. The administrator can
create fields of any type and drop them onto the form where they are
immediately accessible to all users. This can be achieved without any
programming. The user can customise tabs, fields, buttons, colours,
positions, captions, labels, graphics within the form designer.

TriSys also has its own actions designer which allows an administrator to
design workflow processes. The administrator can edit or create new
actions using the actions designer. An action is comprised of one or more
action functions. Each function can carry out an e-mail, mail-merge,
note/history, scheduled-activity, capture form parameters, update the
database, invoke a program and finally call another action. Because any
number of functions can be chained together, a single action can fulfil many
workflow processes. All actions design an be achieved without any
programming.
